Concept Design
Following front end research and development, our team will progress your ideas into a range of initial concepts. These typically star as hand-sketches, primarily focused on key product features and aesthetics.. A range of development sketches will be continuously evaluated on criteria such as styling, ergonomics, cost, function and feasibility of manufacture. We actively encourage client involvement at this stage, we find this early interaction leads to the best possible design outcome. The culmination of this work is presented as photo-realistic renderings for client appraisal.
3D Visualisation
We are experienced in creating visuals for a wide variety of different products and sectors and can offer interior and exterior views, product visuals and packaging solutions for still images and animations.
We are advanced in creating photo-realistic 3D computer generated images of your product in-situ in its likely environment or on-shelf packaging.
3D Mechanical Design Engineering
Your chosen concept designs can be readily progressed to fully engineered 3D CAD assemblies. This output will
enable your products to be readily visualised in a 3D rendered form, ready for prototyping and mass
manufacture.
All manufacturing elements and considerations are integrated into the design, including draft angles, uniform wall
thicknesses and split lines. We identify and eliminate potential manufacturing issues such as warpage, distortion,
shrinkage, cracking and sink marks.
2D Engineering Drawings
Our product design team are proficient at producing 2D Detailed Engineering Drawings, for use in both
prototyping and production. We can offer the finished drawings in several file formats including PDF, DXF and
DWG.
We also produce drawings suitable for patents and design registrations.
Prototyping
Prototyping is one of the most important stages of the product design process. Our team will produce fully working prototypes or styling models for you. This is achieved by using a full workshop, and access to a suite of
3D printers and CNC machines
Graphic Design
We can work on all aspects of your brand to ensure your product offering is fully ready at launch. Our designers
are skilled in Adobe software packages, offering consultations and full development of company logos, packaging
graphics and promotional material, and even full product website design and instruction booklets.
